What can I expect from a 1:1 session?

One-on-one sessions are a great way to stay on track, make sure your time is being well spent, and get the best results possible from the course.  Use these sessions to ...
- Discuss how best to complete a particular exercise.
- Dive deeper into a concept that resonates for you, and explore smart, creative ways to put that concept into practice given your unique circumstances and objectives.
- Get the support you need to stretch out of your comfort zone. 
- Have a candid conversation about the things you're enjoying and not enjoying, where you're getting results and not getting results, and what you could be doing differently moving forward.  
 
Please note that our discussions will focus solely on the concepts, practices, and exercises in the course.  These sessions are not intended to be a substitute for the kind of conversations you might have with a well qualified therapist or marriage councilor.  

How should I prepare?

It's incredible how quickly the time goes by in these sessions - especially the 30 minute sessions, so it's important to come prepared.  Before our session starts, take a few minutes to think about the one thing you'd like to accomplish in the call, and what your desired outcome is.  Also, come prepared to share your responses to exercises 2 through 5 in the workbook.  Those exercises in particular will guide our conversation and help us stay on point.  Finally, come to the session with an open mind, and a genuine desire to see things differently and try new approaches.
